Is that a tactic “nice” guys use to let a girl down easy. Keep asking a guy questions he answers with a snap of just his eyebrows and hair and doesn't ask me anything back. Do i take thst as uninterested?

Yes, he would typically try to keep the conversation going if he was interested. Asking questions and listening attentively are very important things to get closer to a girl, so this opportunity would nit be wasted.
Of course, it's possible that the guy is just shy or has psychological barriers to communication. It depends on you if you have the patience to find out.
Yeah thats what im thinking too is what if he's shy and bad at convos lol i sent him a beautiful picture of me and he just sent a snap of him studying at 3 am. He couldve just not sent anything tho. Then i ssked his study schedule lol and he told me it. haven't replied to him like he didn't ask me mine lol how do I add to that.
What does he study? Is it something like maths or physics? I have a suspicion that he could have the typical limitations that some people pay for their talent in these fields. Anyway, if you would like to get to know him you could suggest a meeting. Personally, I do not like too much texting very much, either, especially because women will often make you wait very long between answers. So I quickly suggest her to meet.

Well, it's a time of equal opportunities. He's not overdoing it with his communication, but if it was the other way round I would be pleased that a woman answered twice in a meaningful way, even including a photo. I would go on like that and a question about a schedule obviously leads to a suggestion to spend some time together. So you could do the same.
