What's the real reason or reasons why some girls who showed high interest in a guy show less interest when he starts showing more interest?

A new guy could've came up, but that can't be what's happening whenever a guy shows more interest right? 😂
Are girls often thinking that it's too easy now and she'd rather it continue to be challenging or what?

Sometimes girls can seem insane. It's really irrational but a lot of times it's due to their own insecurities and questioning why you've switched up how you communicate. I think sometimes the lack of consistency just makes something feel off. Also, she might feel like you're being this way because she was being too easy and no girl wants to appear that way. I know it's complicated but I think girls are this way because society has conditioned them to protect their hearts. My hope is that we all start becoming more straightforward with dating and I believe there will be noticeable changes within the next decade because we are going to recognize that things could be simpler.
