Does she like me or seeking attention?

Recently I’ve noticed a work colleague do some really weird things. Today, I was walking down the aisle at work and as she’s seen me she’s moved to the right of the door and started staring at me through the window. As I’ve approached the door she’s walked in front and acted confused and said she doesn’t know what she was doing there. We spoke for while and I walked off.

Then at the end of day when we were leaving work I said bye see you tomorrow she turned around and said bye then I found out from the security guard that as I learnt over to pick up my bag from behind the counter she stole a few glances at me and walked out.

I don’t know what to make of this. Whether she’s seeking attention or whether she likes me. Has this happened to anyone else on here, if so what does it mean?

Could be either. Too little info to really know. What do you want from her? Are you interested in her?

She done other things too. Asks me for assistance and favours. When we talk she comes up close. On Friday she saw me talking to someone and waited behind and when I caught her staring at me she got all confused. Last week I went out for a smoke and when she saw me talking to another female colleague she got irritated and walked off.
