Why are some women too lazy to communicate properly who try to give hints of instead of just saying what's wrong?

I almost always will tell whats bothering me. But i admit, i give it some hours first because i feel like some shit is so obvious that something is wrong with him if he doesn't see whats wrong. Now if i keep it to myself for a whole 24 hours then yea somethings wrong with me for not speaking up sooner
