u I am quite used to it... good looking people are everywhere down here... lol, so is not like I will do something every single time... if I notice her then I just notice them the same I would with all other people around me
now, if she is particularly attractive, and she is on my line of sight I will look at her for a bit longer, as long as I can do that n a very discreet way... I do not like to stare at people like that not for that reason, I don't turn around to check out people either
although I have done before... but only when I am sure they cannot see me and nobody else can see that I did either, so nobody gets creeped out or feels not comfortable or whatever... but if it is rare when this happens, it would have to be someone remarkably attractive and beyond that
As an inveterate perv I like to take a good long look at anything beautiful walking pass me on the street. It is the only genuinely free pleasure there is in life.
If you look at a girl right she'll be happy and smile. Some times they might even put on a little show for you.

Girls really seem to like it if they interrupt what you are doing. I guess that is a pretty sincere compliment. Like I was having a coffee & reading the newspaper at a street cafe table and suddenly lost interest due to a girl.

I normally lock eye with him as he approaches and when he gets close enough, I'd wolf whistle and sexily tuck one of my business cards (I have hundreds kept in my handbag) into the waistband of his jeans as we walk past each other. When he reads the business card and looks back at me, I give him a sultry look, blow him kiss and do the "call me" hand signal, then turn around and carry on walking.
I have social anxiety, self esteem issues, PTSD, etc, from a violent father and being bullied by peers most of my childhood... And it makes me sensitive to subtlety. I'm not one to go out of my way to approach anyone I don't know. In passing, if eye contact is made, I smile. I pretty much just smile more around a person I find attractive... But keep going about my business. If it happens enough times in a short enough time, I might find some way of striking up some smalltalk to see if it goes anywhere, in the hopes that the continued eye contact is her subconsciously expressing interest.
I give eye contact and if she looks away, I'm not even interested at that point but if she looks at me like she wants to know what I'm thinking, I'll go tell her a little about what's on my mind.
If she catches me looking her up and down then I'll make a comment about something she's wearing that she doesn't think I would notice.
I am studying in a college, full of limited in number but nearly all of the girls being beautiful. I am habituated to not even good looking, but really beautiful strangers.

Well, based on recent experience, I'd- notice her- think "damn I should really approach her"- stress over trying to think of how I should approach and what to say- feel my breathing shallow, heart race and start skipping beats- panic that I'm losing my shot- realize that she's not making herself available to be approached and that it's hopeless- give up and die a little more inside wondering why women are just so unapproachable
well if im attracted to them i instantly lose my ability to think properly. because having somebody shoot me with deadly stupid rays just from standing there is scary ill probably leave as quick as possible. then i will sad about it when i come to my senses. unless im drunk or high in which case i will walk right up to them and try to chat them up. being this way isn't something im proud of, it actually makes me really sad.
Glance at her face and if she looks back than I try to keep eye contact - if it goes longer than a few seconds I would approach her and invite her to a coffee, if she looks away immediately or in less than 3 seconds, I would continue to walk as if nothing happened.

Ironically these days, most people walking down the street would be staring at their phone and not notice a stranger.
