What are the reasons that she wants me to fall and miserable?

we were very close very sweet but we broke up in very bad way actually it was her not me non us is perfect but the way she left was painful yes I have my flaws but I didn't deserve all that pain. Anyway karma got her I don't know how or when exactly. I saw her few weeks ago she had that stare like I wish you vanish and be destroyed her friend which is started to leave her also because of her behavior have told me she wanted me to quit bodybuilding but she was shocked when I improved myself after the break up. I can't understand how a person can turn from angel to a demon in a day was she hiding her true color? Which I believe it's true she showed her color at the end. But can't understand why she hates me so much actually I dont really care but wondering

She was hiding her nastiness but people can only do that fir so loving. Think back. There were probably signs that you ignored, things she said or did that weren’t nice. Now you know. If someone else behaves that way, end it.

I agree with there was signs but I didn't pay attention she was racist inside but she was hiding it but every now then it was coming out. I learned a lot from that mistake.
