Why would a girl squeeze a guy's hand really hard when he starts to hold her hand?

I know that when a girl gives a regular squeeze, it's a really good sign that she's attracted, but I want to know why she squeezes really hard. Any difference?

I was thinking about this incident that happened to me a while back, and it took me by surprise. I instinctively knew she was into me, and it was confirmed later in the night, but I was wondering, why squeeze so hard? 😂

She was probably over compensating for her tiny frame. When a guy goes for the hand hold, he is making it clear to the girl that he likes her. She wanted to make it obvious that she is attracted too, so there's no miscommunication
