A woman i work with seems to purposely ignore me. She seems friendly & chatty with the other guys, but totally blanks me. I have caught her looking at me when she thought i wasn't looking & quickly looks away when i catch her. And i have noticed that she walks past the other guys & never says a word when she thinks im not around but gets all giggly in front of them when im around.
I always have a hard time to understand why people ask those kind of questions here rather than to ask the concerned person directly.
We don't know the entire situation you are faced. It could be that you did something or that you behaved in a way that upset this lady. There could be a number of possible scenarios why she acts the way she does with you.
Why don't you just ask her what motivates her to ignore you? She could have heard a number of things about you that would explain why she does not talk to you. It seems to disturb you that you are left out. She would be able to reply to your query better than anyone of us can because all we can do is to hypothesize.
She’s excited around you and if she is talking to a guy it spills out in that conversation, doubt she’s playing games. More likely doesn’t know if you like her or what she should do about it
Doesn’t matter. Unless she’s interfering with your ability to do your job, her behavior shouldn’t concern you one bit.
