Does this girl like me?

I need help. i cannot tell if this girl likes me or not. We work together ( military ) and she’s asked me to hang out. We are friends, but i definitely have a crush on her. She always will make jokes to me or makes fun of me often, but will tell me nice things here and there like calling me attractive or telling me I smell nice. We’ve had moments where we get close but I've never made a move or given her any indication of me liking her other than complimenting her like once in a while which probably isn’t even seen as flirting. She asks me to go with her to get food and go on errands and if she needs to vent or needs anything she comes to me. She hates my ex girlfriend without even knowing her. She told her girlfriend about me. She talks a lot with me, gives a lot of eye contact, faces me and smiles a lot but I cannot tell if I’m misreading her because she also says things like “ once someone’s my friend it’s never happen” and how she’d never date someone she was friends with. When we’re around people she’s noticeably less flirty as well, as she doesn’t want people thinking that we are talking because it’s frowned upon as coworkers (Sorry I laid it out there, I thought of everything she’s done or said) Any advice?
