I want to look like the equivalent of a really hot girl. Imagine a hot girl, she looks so striking I want to look like that. I am good looking but how can I go next level

Look after your skin if you have acne or acne scars - microdermabrasion can get rid of the former.

If you're carrying excess body fat, lose it, you don't have to be crazy shredded, a little bit of definition is fine, you don't need to worry about abs either.

Grow facial hair if you have decent enough growth, stubble is better than nothing and try to line it out, so it can make your jawline look more defined, like the guy in the picture.

Pluck and trim your eyebrows only if necessary.

Dress in clothes that fit your body and aren't overly long, especially for short sleeve t-shirts, as they can be baggy and long, try sizing down. If the sleeve is longer, roll it up and expose some tricep, it's bigger than the bicep.

Play around with your head hair and try different styles, long short, etc, maybe go to a stylist to find one that's realistic for your face shape and hair texture.
