I mean in a situation when girls first see a guy well dressed with long sleeves but don't know him yet at work environment. Then he wears short sleeves next day and self harm scars from years ago are seen by girls. What do women think most likely?

I wouldn't judge because I don't like when others judge me. I would probably ask about his and in return, show him my scars.
