Different ways a female checks a guy out?

What are the ways women check a man out? Subtle glances? Prolong stare? At the gym, I caught a women staring at me and then see freaks out and does a double glance and run pass me. I don’t look weird lol. I am perplexed. Or you get those subtle glances you picked up in the corner of your eye, I don’t look at them to make it awkward. Are there definite ways women check a man out?

If I like a guys brain, I will side glance him and ask him for advice, if I like a guys personality I will smile and stair at his eyes, if I like a guys appearance, I will look at his shoulders and stomach and comment on our surroundings like the size of the chair or the renovations near by etc…
