she must have noticed that i got nervous, and she asked me why i get shy and nervous. After that she asked me if i have a girlfriend.

It could be. So what? If you ask her out, then you will know. Why are you so afraid of being refused? In the long run it's a very minor disappointment. You know what really hurts -- learning that someone you were afraid to ask out was interested in you too, but since you never asked them out, they ended up with someone else.

Don't bother. You only get one chance to make a first impression. She saw how you handled yourself. Just work on your sense of confidence for the future.

It's not so much a question of what she thinks, but yes, basically. She's seen your lack of confidence first hand. You didn't handle this one even slightly stressful situation well, and she's going to be thinking about that when she's deciding whether she wants to try and depend on you. Even if you were able to change her mind about you intellectually, you'd have to overcome her instincts about you.
