It’s just funny!!…but I used to do this with my friend group, it was male and females…. once my best friend panced another friend and he wasn’t wearing underwear!!! We all died of laughter…. also once , my other friend had a skirt and instead of pancing, pulled her skirt up and took off running…. the thing is we all did it to each other and all thought it was funny!! If there was someone that didn’t laugh or thought it was rude, I wouldn’t do it to them…. We just knew each other very well…just looking for laughs!!

Me and my friends used to do it as a bit of a joke, to kinda embarrass each other in a lighthearted way... we never went too far with it. Although I admit that I once pulled my best friend's shorts down in front of the guy she had a crush on in gym class, so he saw her panties.
I know that other girls, mainly the popular or meaner girls, used to try and do it to some girls to blly/humiliate them. Especially if they managed to grab their panties too. But that always seemed harsh to me.
Also I've seen plenty of guys pants each other by the way...
A lady who I used to work with said that she was out drinking with her friends, and one of them was talking about one of them off to the side, saying that she wasn't wearing any panties under her dress. So to prove it, she walks over to her and pulls up her dress, revealing that she was right and she wasn't wearing panties, and telling the lady she needs to shave her pussy. The lady whose dress was pulled up quickly pulled it back down but didn't seem too concerned, she said.
So, yeah, I've heard of women behaving this way.
My friend gave me the look of I'm gonna do something stupid. I knew instantly it was that new stupid trend of pulling the pants down since we were talking about it a little.

This sort of thing used to happen to me a lot at school but it was done out of bullying. Outside of school me and my friends have only ever done this when really drunk.
It's just a thing that we did for fun, lol. It still gets brought up by us sometimes in friend groups, and during those times, we like to joke that we'll do it again. It almost never really happens anymore, but it's fun to look back on!
When I was in middle school one girl pulled another girls bikini bottoms down to her ankles in front of all the boys and everyone saw her white butt. Everyone died of laughter but she was totally embarrassed lol
I honestly think that's a really awful thing to do. The person is going to feel really embarrassed so why do it? I've never pantsed anyone and I don't plan to. It's a sick joke.
