I always saw this back when vine was around, but I notice it’s mostly girls doing it to each other while guys barely do it, why? Is it done to embarrass or as a favor or what? Just curious because I want to know what goes on their head lol. Guys rarely do this to each other, especially in public.

It’s just funny!!…but I used to do this with my friend group, it was male and females…. once my best friend panced another friend and he wasn’t wearing underwear!!! We all died of laughter…. also once , my other friend had a skirt and instead of pancing, pulled her skirt up and took off running…. the thing is we all did it to each other and all thought it was funny!! If there was someone that didn’t laugh or thought it was rude, I wouldn’t do it to them…. We just knew each other very well…just looking for laughs!!

Yeah, I’m clearly a little older…something we did back in 1997 haha!!…makes me sound even older…so glad there was no one recording then!!…. it’s just something silly amongst friends I think, it never hurt my feelings, I’m a woman. I think I’d still do it to my best friend to this day, thinking about it just literally makes me laugh:) …this story brought back hilarious memories for me!…better days for sure

Me and my friends used to do it as a bit of a joke, to kinda embarrass each other in a lighthearted way... we never went too far with it. Although I admit that I once pulled my best friend's shorts down in front of the guy she had a crush on in gym class, so he saw her panties.

I know that other girls, mainly the popular or meaner girls, used to try and do it to some girls to blly/humiliate them. Especially if they managed to grab their panties too. But that always seemed harsh to me.
