There are TWO answers to this. And they are diametrically opposite and seemingly contradictory (though they're not actually contradictory):

1. YES. Because I'm an introvert, so I don't really talk that much anyway. So if I'm expending energy by having a conversation with someone, I want it to have a purpose. And the prospect of eventual sex is a VERY valid excuse!

2. NO. Because there's really not much point in talking to a woman if it's not going to go anywhere. I may chat for a little bit and have a friendly conversation. But she shouldn't try to drag it on unless she's actually interested in me. Otherwise, please don't waste my time. I would much rather talk to my friends (my boys).

Of course, with every rule, there is always an exception.
For example, @VIVANT, because she is a very interesting person. So I like talking to her regardless.
Also, @AmandaYVR.
People with brains always intrigue me, so I never get bored talking to them.

I just happen to have more best friends, friends and acquaintances that are women than those that are men...

I would not say that I enjoy one more than the other by default but one thing is very true I am very much interested in talking with women because I definitely find them more interesting

Yes. I have many great conversations with women online and in real life. Many more than great conversations with men.

That said, I have a few men I can count on for great conversation, interesting takes, and support.

But definitely much fewer than women.

I'm not sure really, but I'm definitely more comfortable talking to women than men for some reason, no I'd say women yea, just thinking about my guy friends made me think I'm not sure but outside of that I enjoy talking to women more than men, Flirting Playfulness talking about each other VS talking about interests if there are any besides sex and women, otherwise it's about sex and women

Not really. I relate better with guys and they are more chill and less easily offended, so I can let my guard down and be more myself without worrying about stepping in something. But romantically, I obviously prefer women.
