To clarify, my colleague doesn't treat me like crap around others or when were alone lol. She's just more talkative, playful, and nervous when it's just us. While in groups, she is more reserved, but makes an effort to acknowledge me when she isn't busy or when no one is around. When people are around she changes the topic until they leave. Could she embarrassed being seen around me?
