I had stayed in my bed for 3 days straight because my anxiety was so much I couldn't move and then my dealer said he couldn't come to deliver weed to me so I had to the bus to him which still involved a lot of walking and I think I passed out because I woke up and a man was sitting with me and touching me and my mind is all fuzzy still I and hate myself I'm so fat and ugly and stupid I hate this

I know this sounds cliche but breathing exercises can help with anxiety. Meditation can, as well, and not even necessarily the spiritual kind. Just losing your eyes and trying not to think about anything can help de-stress.

As others have said, perhaps the drugs could be having a negative impact. But if you're not willing to give them up, see if recreational/medical Marijuana might be an option for you. It's better and safer than getting it from a dealer.

And you don't appear to be fat or ugly, to me. Far from it.

You need to stop doing drugs. Your dealer is clearly lacing your drugs with fentanyl. Enough to put you on the verge of having a fentanyl overdose.
