So there is this girl i've beeen in love with for 5 years and we were friends untile I told her I was in love with her. Then she started ignoring me and avoiding me. then all of a sudden she asked one of my friend why am i quiet around her and why dont i talk to her. so now im confused and to be honest i want to talk to her but im scared she might reject me the second time. PLEASE HELP!!!

Well its because she is the love off my life and im scared that i might make things worse for my self.

Don't just come out and say " I'm in love with you ". Just talk casually with her. You can gradually ask her why she ignored you. It Was probably a shock to her and she probably didn't know how to respond.

Give her space. Be friendly in short doses. 3 months to get comfortable again.
