I’ve had this coworker who I’ve been suspecting gay for a long time. I don’t like her or anything romantically I’m just curious because it’s been weighing on me. She’s a year and a half younger than me and whenever we talk about celebrity guy crushed she has nothing rlly to say and said she likes this one Korean guy who is feminine looking lol.
Also she agreed with me when I said zendaya was hot. She gets very close to me when we talk like overwhelmingly close sometimes which I’ve shrugged off. Recently she’s started touching me weirdly. She touched my arm when she accidentally bumped into me. Which that wasn’t too serious because I’ve seen her do it to another coworker before. Also she brushed my butt yesterday and swore up and down it was an accident. Also we were joking around yesterday about some stuff and afterwards she comes behind me and starts untying and playing with my apron right in front of our other coworker which was awkward.
There’s this other girl who she’s close to who is also my age but I think she’s closer to her. She’s rlly clingy towards her and they’re always talking and I’ll even seen the girl hug her when she leaves it goes home and I think she has her number. Once she asked if she had a boyfriend or if she had ever had one.
I do have a boyfriend and she knows which is maybe why she refrains doing all that with me but she still does that stuff I mentioned above with me. also sometimes she looks rlly nervous or flustered while talking to me.
Is she attracted to me? Lol I wanna know because we’re close work friends

She could be bisexual. It sounds like it could be something. Like she could possibly be wondering herself, confused maybe?

She sounds socially awkward to me in some ways when she does random, out of place, things in social settings. Is she shy? Is she an introvert? I picture her being one just by the way you described her.

She could also be reserved about the way she talks about guy's. Or she could have forgotten. I've done that before where I normally have a lot of guy celebrity crushes. But for some reason I can only name one in the moment and I completely forget about the other ones. lol She could be doing that because she partly feels uncomfortable.

But I see that you guys talk more than once about male crushes and her option never changes... She could be heavily devoted to her bias or you could be right.

Is she European by any chance? I notice European people have zero regard for personal space lol. The hugging her friend as they leave thing, that's a normal thing. A bunch of my friends would do that all the time. Hugging someone isn't reserved to a sexual orientation. It just shows you are more affectionate than other people. Girls love hugs.

I'm sorry that she makes you uncomfortable though. I get this is a tough situation, you can't really bring something like this up without hurting her. Are you guys close enough to where you can lay boundaries down?

But I know for sure she knows you're straight and you have nothing to worry about. I doubt she'll make a move but I know she will probably continue to do strange things that'll make you uncomfortable and that's hard :(.

Whos the Korean guy that she says she likes? I'm curious now lol. Though I get her with the Korean male models, they're hot. Yeah they can be feminine and masculine or maybe mostly feminine and it's different from American standards of attractiveness.

Americans like more masculine looking men. They just have different cultures on what's beautiful. Like Korea, they like people with pale skin because (this is one of the many reasons why) people who work good jobs they would remain indoors mostly and never see the sunlight.

People who work construction where they're in the sun most of the time and are tanner would be considered poor. They also find being pale way more attractive than being tan.

When it's time for you to know, you'll know. Otherwise it won't matter, when a gay person knows someone is straight they generally respect that boundary as they appreciate others respecting the same for them.

Awkward situation here. Women usually get more leeway to be “touchy” around each other without getting their sexuality questioned. Who knows. But if she wants to that experience she shouldn’t act that way around someone she knows who is straight.
