I think they do but not in the way most people say. Wearing revealing clothes is being proud of your body, it does not mean that you should be reduced to just something to gawk at. When men assume that a girl is just something to look at, that's them objectifying women.
But that said how do I think women objectify themselves? Well objectifying someone is when you view them as just something to look at. So I think some women fall into this trap when they obsess over every little imperfection about themselves instead of being satisfied with their appearance. They focus all of their time and energy into making themselves look as good as possible when they are already beautiful and should be spending said time and energy enjoying other things that life has to offer. That is how some women objectify themselves; just like how men view women as nothing more than something to look at, some women let how others view them consume them.
There's nothing wrong with being driven to have a good physique and if you can get it (which pretty much everyone can), rock it, flaunt it. But don't let trying to fix every detail consume you.
