It's really hard at that age. I was always skinny and tall and I saw my flaws far worse than anyone else.
I would say to surround yourself with friends that don't really make a fuss about your appearance save for compliments when you wear something nice or change your hair etc.
When you're older, things will change and more options will open to you (not talking about surgery or anything like that)

I dont think you should be less consuise, but insted learn to love your body, work to improve it for health and making good habbits
But not to froget it
And good way for that is repeating, trying to see more postive stuff and wrting down day to day one more postive thing about your self, what ever it may be, a joke, or seruise

Some ways that has helped me is just to exercise more. For example if I’m feeling self conscious about my stomach I do an ab workout. For me this strategy works a lot to improve my self image. It’s always your decision though if you want to exercise or not, this is just what I do.
The most important thing to remember is at your age your body is still changing. You will continue to change until you are 28.
