From a woman's perspective, what would cause most guys to want to constantly TEST another guy?

I know I shouldn't be asking the opposite sex but I'm curious on how gals would view my situation

I hav gotten "TESTED" or "SIZED UP" by MANY dudes whether they were very attractive or not or very good with woman or not

I'm an "okay" looking guy but I'm not popular nor good with woman

So it baffles me that I'm sized up by many guys when I'm not scouted out by woman or seen as a "catch"

Guys tend to do this a lot if you're taller or bigger/heavier. It's essentially the same mentality as like finding the biggest kid on the play ground and beating him up to earn respect from every one else. They're intimidated by you. Doesn't necessarily mean because of attractiveness or women. Just a dominance thing.

It's odd because woman are cool with me to an extent & surprisingly many of them don't think I'm creepy

I could stand next to them or stare at them & they wouldn't mind for the most part

But guys on the other hand

Yeah I understand what you're saying. I've known a lot of guys in similar positions as you. Girls are similar with other girls too but instead of getting physical they more often just start gossip.

If you're looking for a way to improve that I'd say try to chat with those guys more often. Typically when a guy shows that he's a cool person, other guys drop the whole aggressive act. Just start talking about random shit. Video games, guns, sports, random facts, current events, etc.

But why do you think girls are more "genuine" with me than guys?

Your energy probably. If you're a good guy, nice, fun to be around, girls like that stuff. Just natural vibes and intuition is my best guess. I don't know you so I can't give more detail than that. I usually respond to people based off their energies and I tend to study people before I make a real judgement on them.
