Nope. I would have no clue as to whether he was a virgin or not. Perhaps the first time we were intimate I might have a hunch, but there is no way to tell other than his own word as to whether he has been with someone or not.

Same goes for girls. There are tons of misconceptions out there. I am not going to get into all the physiological things that fuel these misconceptions. I would be typing forever. See, the thing is that first times with a new partner are always a bit clumsy.

You don't know what he/she likes, you are excited, etc. It often leads to a rather 'meh' experience. It is somewhat (but not much) different from someone with no experience. It isn't something to worry about either if you are still a virgin.

Guys often ask if us girls would want someone with experience or a virgin. I always opine that it wouldn't matter to me. I would be flattered if a guy decided I was the person that he wanted his first experience with. That is a special thing and it would me he found me special enough to experience it with.

See, some people believe that they have to lose their virginity at a certain age or the are a 'loser'. Not true. That is a special moment and it should be at the proper time according to THAT person, not anyone else.

He is not a coward at all. All the same, he should not feel embarrassed either. As I pointed out, first times (even with experience) are a bit clumsy. So, it reasons to stand that if he had no experience or lots of experience, the first time with a new partner is not going to be the fireworks people think it should be.

No, you or your friend don't need to put yourselves out there. You want to wait for the right person and right time. You are very young still. You should not be worried about this at all at your age. It is not something that should be a focus in your life. School, family, friends, etc should be the things that are important.

You have plenty of time to worry about this sort of thing when you are older. Girls will always be there.

My country is United States and I've never really talked to someone before on a site like this before either, I was just hoping to maybe get some insight to help the situation.

My friend is older though and doesn't do social media like Facebook or anything like that because he said that he's read articles about how social media can lead to depression and other negative things.
