Girls, Signs that your female boss likes you and is hiding?

So, I work at a pizza shop owned by a Mom and Daughter. The daughter, who is my boss, seems to like me. She NEVER makes eye contact, even when we are having a full blown conversation. I finally was able to get her to look into my eyes briefly today, which made my heart flutter. I have caught her staring at me while doing dishes, biting her lips, and nails. She plays with her hair as well. She does manage to brush up against me sometimes, but it is tight quarters. She also has been playing it pretty cold with me lately, but not to be mean, or that I’m screwing up. She also lets her mom do most of the dealing with me, even though she is my manager, and owner of the company. Outside the store, she is super enthusiastic to talk to me. Like yelling across the parking lot, have a great night, as I turn off onto the highway. I really like her, and I don’t want to do anything that could jeopardize my job, or even our working relationship. What do I do?
