Oh, it happens, I’ve 4 sisters who experienced it at one level or another.
Many women feel overwhelmed while they’re pregnant and, even those who are not ordinarily irritable, may become more snappy, teary and generally unhappy,
This can be caused by a variety of factors including hormones or other biological changes. But, for some, it can also be a time of high anxiety, which can contribute to the feeling of anger and stress.
Pregnant woman need to prioritise time for activities that facilitate rest and relaxation, This will allow the stress response in the nervous system to turn off, and the relaxation response on. This will then help calm them in times of anger.
Similarly, taking care of mental and physical help by exercising and eating well can help with reducing anger and de-stressing.
Yes. Being pregnant can be a fuck of a lot more irritating than being stuck in traffic for a few hours, if you can believe it. And road rage is definitely real.
I've been pregnant 5 times and never felt rage during pregnancy. Definitely felt sadness/depression since pregnancy can be very isolating. Maybe some women get angry instead of being sad tho. Not sure tbh

Especially among women aren't suited to be mothers.
I don't know if pregnancy rage is a thing. But looking like a goddamned hippo is a thing and I suspect it does correlate to rage, so. . .
Depends on the woman.
