She just found the mirror I hid and the scale.

Honestly tried to help her lose the weight she wanted to but tv won over the gym for her. 😢

So now she is crying and hates herself. Honestly she is not fat or bad looking she just feels that way.

Nothing is husbands do seems to help! Does she need her sister and girl friends to encourage her?

She needs therapy and accountability. No sudden crying at having found a mirror is even in the same time zone as mentally healthy. She wasn't concerned about it when she was sitting on the couch watching TV so she needs to be accountable for what that outcome is. Actions have consequences. So does inaction.
