How does it come across when a woman says she doesn’t feel insecure about her body?

I feel like it is assumed that most women are insecure about their bodies. So how does it come across when she tells you she doesn't feel insecure about it?

I can go off me personally and say I have no real insecurities of my body. I don’t think I have the perfect body but I have the body shape I want. Women’s problem is they always look at other women’s bodies and that’s what sparks the insecurity, as well as what media portrays not knowing that these other women they’re looking at are ALSO insecure about their body and so on. I never did that and I realized that what I have is what I have, whether I see someone else has it or not, I still have to live in this body and I need to just appreciate what I have.

Sorry to say, most women are not happy with their body. Even the ones with 10/10 bodies. Because of this I’m not going to sit here and talk about how I’m not insecure about my body because it can come off as arrogant if nobody asked. Also, when you say this it makes jealous women try to find a flaw in you. Like I was talking to a “friend” I knew about my gym progress and she stated that my shoulders are getting bigger like a man. Didn’t work on me because I like my shoulder line but she attempted to find something to make me feel as insecure as her. You have to realize people who aren’t happy with themselves will never be happy for you.

It's great, we need more women to feel confident in their bodies! I do have some things I don't like and sometimes I feel a little insecure, but nothing too strong and I overall have a pretty positive outlook on my body as well.

I'm conflicted about how to answer this. On one hand, it's great that she is secure about her appearance, but on the other, it's odd that she would feel the need to say that, if she truly was secure about her body. It's like when someone calls themselves "nice" or when someone says "I'm not like other girls..."

It's like... okay, I want to believe you, but assuming that what you're saying is true, why do you feel the need to tell me? (As opposed to letting your actions and behaviors speak for themselves)
