I will answer this question assuming that it is directed to guys as well...

If I can choose the power it'll be a new type of power like the ability to control the knowledge and skills... So I'll find a way to give others the ability to learn all the information i their fields through an easy magical way, such as a medicine capsule will magically transfer all these information in the world to their minds...

I don't know if you get the idea but I think that we are losing a lot of time in learning and developing our knowledge... and if there's easy way to do this within a few minutes that will greatly facilitate life..
