Is there any point in calling out a guy started dating who's being stringing me along hoping for easy sex or just drop him like an old boot?

For the record we have NOT had sex yet. He has come up with a few excuses for not meeting up for coffee / lunch.

Anyway I've come to the decision that his words - by his conduct, etc - are empty and valueless. Like he said he wants this or that but fails to deliver.

And a lot of it clearly comes down to leading me along hoping for sex
