Been with this girl, 10months now... Yesterday we broke up 💔 I feel like crap... We had a small argument and then she said to me that she's finding it hard to pay rent and her car and then after all the bickering she said its "my house or your Bachelor Pad"

I have a rented place litterally right beside my work place she wanted me to give it up and pay her half the rent, i just find it horrible that she did it that way, I was nothing but good to her 10 year old kid, helped her put manners on him, as good to him bought him a laptop for his birthday, got her a phone when she let it fall and set it all up, was there when she needed me and now... i feel like crap as its over Any advice?

She was totally in the wrong about the way she went after you. I don't think she was actually using you, she is just totally frustrated for financial reasons and she might have been better off just letting you know she was strapped and give the option of helping or not, but not giving an ultimatum.

Dating a woman with kids is a very very risky option. If you invest time and bound with that kid, you will lose everything if she breaks up with you... you have no legal way to be in that kids life. Why spend your time and money raising another man's kid when you can do the same for your own family? All the best

Wow you dodged a bullet on that one. I'm not paying a girlfriend's rent. If she's having trouble making tier one bills (rent/food/transportation) then that doesn't bode well for her finances down the road. Sorry for your pain yadda yadda blah blah... congratulations on now being able to upgrade.
