By liberal I also want to imply that she has some radical views of men and stuff which in turn affects me because I’m wanting to attract a man who’s like masculine. She said I should make more friends with autistic people and date someone who is also neurodivergent. I don't know it makes me feel uncomfortable and now I overthink all my interactions with my friends.
I’m autistic, and the spectrum of it runs so vast she might see specific autistic traits in you but that’s not always the best way to tell. I would get a new one and not mention your old one brought up that you might be autistic and see what they say. Like, don’t even bring it up at all. At the end of the day a therapist is supposed to make you feel comfortable and there are definitely bad therapists so if she makes you feel uncomfortable then yes, time for a new one.

Autistic or not, lots of people say their children are autistic etc etc. look the cold truth is if you lead a normal life you don't need labels from some doctor especially if you are functioning properly
Get a 2nd opinion but don't completely disregard her opinion. Autism falls on a large spectrum. If you grew up masking I could see why you think you aren't neurodivergent.
