Why do females play games & then get upset when we don't play them?

Like I got this chick at work, whose on my D always talking to me and next to me acts like I'm the highlight of her day when she see's me I been had her number, but as of recent she asked me to text her claiming she couldn't remember things I would be telling her about (sure) whatever I started texting her now she always talk to me.

Now recently she don't really talk much anymore but when I see her in person she always talking to me, so I took a step back and quit texting her & rarely talk to her when I see her, and dip off when I can. Now she looks at me all upset lol I feel kinda bad but I don't play these games. Either we flowing or we're not. If they switch on me, imma switch on them.

You're playing with fire. You do know that women can go to HR and say you sexually harassed them & HR will 100%, right? I saw cases where a woman jumped on a guy and begged him for sex in front of everybody for weeks before he gave in. They were then groping each other in public. Eventually she wanted to end it and told HR the guy was harassing her simply because he wanted to talk about things. He got in trouble. Not her. And this was decades ago. Things are WAY more dangerous now.

Anytime a woman wants to they can ruin your life if you give them any ammunition so you gotta be very careful which women you give your time to. Avoid upsetting them. And the best way to do that is to totally ignore.

A lot of times women they think they're a prize and can get away with playing with men, because they figure you'll come back. Good on you for pulling back. Just remember this part: If she asks why you became distant, give her a clear, up-front answer. Don't just say, "You know why." I know that might seem obvious, but sometimes it's easy to fall into that cycle of nonsense without even realizing it until after it happened.

Perhaps I haven't followed what you wrote. I thought you said she was initiating conversation initially at work and still was talking with you when you met in person.

It didn't make much sense from "I been had her number... now she always talk to me", partly from grammar and partly from tense being confusing and also in the context of whether it is in respect to work or not. It seemed to be in context of telling her about work stuff. Perhaps it wasn't but the reader has to guess.

In the second para we have "don't really talk much anymore" and "in person she always talking to me". It seems she wants to talk to you and you've decided not to talk to her. That's fine nobody has to talk to anyone.
