Because they are immature or idiots or sheep who listen to what relationship advice articles tell them to do. Because they don't respect the basic humanity of another person.
Women who act like this don't want a real relationship. They are toxic. They are all about themselves, and they give the rest of us a bad name. You can see it all over GAG. You can see harsh and selfish women, and you can see angry and bitter men who have been their victims.
Guys are people too, with real feelings, not objects for manipulation. Women have every power to make a man feel like he can conquer the world--just through being KIND to him and RESPECTING him and even SMILING at him --not laughing at him, but turning the sunshine of your approval on him!
When I hear about women doing what you describe, it makes me so mad I can't see straight. And I'm sorry anyone has to put up with it. 😡
Because guys often play those games with women unless that is how they are naturally. Also guys let them get away with it without consequences. You call it flirting. Also, their bullies. And they do it because again, the guys don't set boundaries or put their foot down. Especially if your a quiet, shy and sensitive they'll make fun of you. But if you call him out on it, all of a sudden you're a jerk. Don't pay attention to such women.
Sometimes it's just a bit of a vicious cycle. I've seen girls talk about this, where they say that they've had guys play games with them and then it fucks them up a bit, where they think it's fun to do the same to other guys as some kind of revenge. It makes no sense really to punish other guys for it, but that's what it often is.
It's also an ego boost for them I guess, especially if they're insecure or damaged in some way. Mentally stable, confident, secure women don't do this.
The guys they want play games with them, cheat on them, reject them or whatever, then they feel like shit in themselves. So they enjoy the attention from guys they're less interested in and try to keep that attention, but because they're not genuinely interested in the guy and have no intention of actually doing something with him they just toy with him.
Teasing -as I see it - is playfull and harmless interaction on a somewhat friendly basis. In rare cases it may become 'too' shallow or annoying - but still with no ill intentions. You ask why... it's one version of communication, isn't it? 'We' guys do just the same.

for the same reason that males do it to girls ! she won't give males what they want , when males want it so males cheat on her and then she takes care of your P with a knee in it , ha , ha ! if a woman had no interest in the guy then she would not bother getting their attention ! women who play games with guys are doing it to get the guys attention ! There's no such thing as "playing games," dude. Ask what you really want to ask-- why do girls feign interest in guys when they aren't actually interested. And, because they want attention. Pretty simple. Most girls don't do this, though.
Most women think their only asset is their attractiveness. They want evaluate this asset with attention they arouse. The more attractive the guy, the more valuable is his attention.
It's really not a problem if you don't forget that's only a game.
Because they know this particular guy is weak as shit and they are seeing how much shit they can get away with. Girls want the most assertive guy they can get so will test the boundaries until they find a guy that won't put up with her bitchiness.

I'm a guy that got picked on by my family and classmates they most times don't know how to react to someone else who is different and there for the easiest ways to get to know you is to make fun, and or pick on them just to make them self's look better than you
Same reasons guys do it with women. To some it's fun to play with other people's emotions.
Because they like drama.. Seriously look at the statistics on it, it's why on channels like WE and lifetime, it's full of drama flicks.

We play games to basically find out what you're like, and also just to have fun sometimes
We do it more at least what i see we do , example most of my friends are females that are short so i make short jokes but they dont really joke like that much
