How do I get this girl to stop being in denial that she still loves me?

I kept trying to add a girl I've been in love with since we dated in middle school and even after we broke up on Facebook for a year now. She kept declining my requests, but finally accepted last night and messaged me asking what I wanted. I told her how I felt and that there's a deeper connection between us she can understand. She said she's "moved on" since then and that I physically gross her out, but I know that, deep in my heart, she still loves me and that we're meant to be. I have dreams about her almost every night and our future together. I feel as though they're signals from God that we're soulmates and that I'm the one for her. She's in denial right now and is being too shallow.
