What would you think of this type of girl? There are negative stereotypes of women who hang out more with males?

I am an only child but I grew up with my cousins that were all guys. I have always been reserved until I come out of my "shell". People that get to know me describe me as a "quiet extrovert". I try to help everyone around me and put people I care about before myself all the time. I tend to be more independent and somewhat socially awkward and try to avoid being the center of attention.

I am a straight woman who is happily married. But all my life I feel like I've always felt more comfortable around men. Men always befriended me. Women seem to not care to approach me and those that do don't stick around. I feel like in the women arena it's a lot about competition and I don't really care for it. I'm not a crowd follower I just try to do my own thing. Don't get me wrong I've always wanted to have friends that are women (go shopping, talk about guys, get our nails done etc.) I wish I had friends in general. I don't talk to my old guy friends because they developed feelings for me. Since I didn't feel the same I just slowly stopped talking out of respect to our now spouses. Last friend I had that was a women was like 10yrs ago and she stopped hanging out with me once her sisters came to the US and told me she rather spend time with them. Then we graduated high school I tried to reconnect but she was busy with her family so I just left it as is and she never tried at all.

Around work I have developed relationships with male colleagues. I feel like I can be myself around them. I tend to understand and laugh more at "male jokes" but its just cuz I think they are funny (not women degrading jokes). I tried to befriend women but they never took me on the let's hang outside of work, walk our dogs etc. I feel like at work is more difficult because of the career ladder competition. I don't hang out with my male colleagues out of respect for my husband. So I literally have no one. 🤷‍♀️

What do you think of women that are around males more with the background I just provided.
