I have office colleague (remotely working IT Stuffs ), we met few times, she don't know much things i help her lots in works. Slowly we become really good friends. we keep sending gift to each other. She want friendship , i start giving her hint i don't want, i want relationship. i proposed her many times , she keep talking to me like i have boyfriend. I started cutoff but she again come to me for work help again we started to talk , it keep going in loop. Recently we have argument she blocked me from everywhere. But seeking help on office Handles. I helped few days waiting she will return to normal. But she not unblocking me from anywhere. I visited her city few months back to just meet her. In this Month she visited my city with her boyfriend she even dont call me, (at least friends can meet for coffee). I am really felt bad how she can be like that she expects my favors and help in work act me like nothing to her. I confronted her many times. She just said Sorry I can't do. I am getting engaged. I told many times to her i want cutoff but in a week time she comes to ask help again. It really feels bad to say no but it consuming my energy being around her and hurt me like she only want to get her work done. Recently she comes to ask i said i dont know. What should I do , I love her a lot even i know she using me. Suggest me what to do. I know she dont want but she also dont have option to get work done without my help (IT Stuffs/coding)

She clearly indicated that she does not want anything more than a platonic friendship yet you seem to disregard her wishes. Also, you mix private life and business life.
Asking for help on a business matter has nothing to do with rejecting you on a private issue. You seem not to understand that concept. For you, it looks as if it is either everything or nothing.
Learn to segregate business from private and if you accomplish that, then there is no reason why you cannot help her at work. She has understood that concept and applies it but you simply don't want to realize that those are two very distinctive things.
