I got her a gift and a note for her bday, what would you make of what I wrote?

So there’s this girl I like, things are complicated currently

She knows I like her. I have started to dial back my attention and time a lot. As there’s no point messaging her whilst everything’s going on in her life atm.

For her bday I got her a bear, some dark chocolate as she’s (gluten int and vegan) and I hand wrote a note.


How would you interpret this especially the note? (A mutual friend will drop it off to her and it will be a surprise gift)
