I would look at her sometimes, while I'm working, but I haven't asked her out yet. We've talked here and there, when she comes to workout. She hasn't confronted me about looking at her and it's been months. I'm sure she knows that I like her because she sees me looking at her, but doesn't seem to be uncomfortable. I could be wrong. Do girls know, when a guy likes them? Maybe, she's waiting for me to approach her and ask her out. I drew a flower for her on Feb 14th, but I didn't give it to her because I'm too nervous. Would you confront someone at the gym to stop staring at you, if your'e not interested in them at all?

It’s hard to say if she’s waiting for you or just too nervous to approach you. I would say. Shoot your shot. See what she says. If she’s interested and try for a coffee date.

Worst case scenario is she rejects you which can make someone nervous. But look at it this way… You have closure and aren’t wasting time on someone who isn’t into you.

Staring at someone all the time can make someone feel creeped out or uneasy. Even if they don’t say anything. It can cause someoke to loose interest
