In all of my existence, I have never heard any of my friends say "He must treat women right" solely because he is tall and muscular.

Two things
1. I meant perceiving them that way the man is more likely to make the individual women happy (ego influenced perception)

2. Of course people aren’t going to say this out loud. This is something people keep private.

I will be honest, your phrasing is very confusing. I think you made it more confusing in this reply than your initial question. When I referred to "women" I did use the plural version, but you can infer that this man who would treat women right, would also treat and individual woman right. So, I think my comment still stands... maybe.

From experience, women like to feel safe and protected. I'm 6''2 and work out a lot. I also play rugby. I get told by women they feel safe around me.

I would go with yes.

Rather than happy, I would say "safe". Tall and muscular would give them the feeling of safety and security.
