Yes.

Men have body image issues the same as women. It's plain to see even here on GaG, where men frequently wonder why they have to be Adonis like figures to get a date (they don't, but this is what the body image problem makes them think).

Personally I’d so no. People hardly ever expect others to be as self conscious as they are.

I think men are self-conscious about our body and height, but women are self-conscious about their body and weight a little more. I'm certainly self-conscious about how short I am. I think everyone is insecure, regardless of gender.
