Like they would turn around to give me gloating looks or stares like they expect me to be jealous or feel inferior (I don’t because I don’t think much of them) and watch me and eavesdrop on my conversations with others. Where do they get the idea that they are better than me in any capacity and why do they feel the need to shove it in my face? I’m talking about women in their 20s to Late 30s by the way

I’m starting to think that you’re the problem. First with your coworkers and now this woman.
She is my coworker and I only talk about coworkers I have issues with and not the friendly ones
What about the ones who aren’t including you in their group chats or casual banter?
Huh?
I am uninterested in you acting oblivious, so let’s not. Just because you delete the question does not mean it wasn’t asked yesterday, or the day before. Anonymity can only get you so far, when you’re talking about the same scenario day after day, we aren’t dumb, we can read and catch on.
Your coworkers don’t have you in the WhatsApp chat, and you’re also dealing with this female new coworker who also seems to have issues with you. How can you not even consider that you are in fact problematic?
Some people are Dominants. Some are submissives
Im not submissive for not playing silly games with old women
How much older?
12 years. I’m 26 and she is 38, married with kids and needs to flirt with all the married guys in the office
Youth is an easy thing to be jealous of having. Enjoy your youth
Why does she feel better than me? She gives me those arrogant smiles as if she was challenging me
Is this in the USA?
Germany
I’m not sure as our cultures are different
Most likely insecurities.
