Girls, Accidentally left her on delivered for 24 hours. She hasn’t double texted in this time. Is she trying to show lack of interest?

There’s a girl I know who said she’s into me and likewise I’m into her. I confessed first. We’ve been on a date too. She’s away right now on a trip for college where there are parties and whatever essentially it’s a nightmare for me as obviously I’m interested in her but it’s too early to ask for a relationship just yet.

The day before we spoke the entire day and she messaged me a lot even when she was completely drunk which is normal. We’ve talked every day for around a month including into late hours of the night.

Anyway, I sent her some messages that night and she responded in the following morning. I forgot to say anything else to continue the conversation and it’s been over a day since either of us have spoken. This is not normal for her.

Although she didn’t ask questions in these texts so technically they didn’t need responses, she has refused to continue the conversation for over a day. This is despite attending another party that I know she’s drinking at… don’t people usually message the people they’re interested in when they’ve been drinking?

Anyway, I’m slightly worried that I’ve actually been led on by her and she’s taken this absence of me messaging to stop communicating altogether which means she’s not actually interested in me, which is a shame as she knows I like her and she said the same thing back.

Do you people think she’s not double texting on purpose so I’m forced to say something again?
