What does it mean when she calls you a pretty boy?

I have been flirting back and forth with this girl I like and when I told her that I had to shower since I got back from the gym she told me to send her a snap of me with wet hair. When I did she responded with “my pretty boy”, and i’m assuming this good given the context but can someone explain what that phrase means versus handsome or hot?

I don't get that last part as an example. Doesn't make sense. I personally take pretty boy to mean good looking. I just included the definition that is widely accepted as an example. Here is the thing tho. If you two are talking and things are going well then she is saying it in a positive context and you have nothing to worry about in my opinion. Look at it in the grand scheme of things.
