Is this normal for a girl to act towards another girl?

It has been 1 month since I’ve seen this girl watching me and all that for the first time. She was shy but she smiled at me like she saw her crush for the first time. A few days ago she saw me taking pictures of myself and I was dressed more like a boy. I’ve noticed that she did everything she could to keep holding on that prolonged eye contact between us. At first I couldn’t recognize her but then I looked closely at her and she was blushing and all that but I got annoyed and I went to go on with my business. Then a few hours later I’ve did some errands and I was really tired that day so I didn’t care about how I’ve walked towards my home but then I’ve started to notice that a person was looking at me while I wore a cap on my head so I’ve walked with my head down and she wanted to see my face so bad so again she did everything she could to achieve that.. she looked away, she was blushing while she was still trying to make eye contact and I was like: “what is she doing?”

She might like you. She could be bisexual or lesbian and not really know how to deal with it yet. She might be starting to explore those feelings. She also might be fully aware she is into girls and feeling you out. I am bi and I am always cautious approaching girls because you don't want to offend someone assuming they are bi/gay when they aren't. That is a very tough line to walk when figuring out if a girl is into girls. That might be what is going on here. It definitely sounds like she has a thing for you so if you feel the same then act on it. It sounds like she is too shy to do it.
