Hi guys, there is a girl at my workplace. Everytime she passes in the hallway and I work there, she looks down to the floor with a little smile. Sometimes I stop her and tease her or flirt with her and she laughes and seems nice and shy. My point is, what does that mean when she doesn't create eye contact and looks down to the floor and smiles.
