I don't think you should tell someone you don't like fat women to their face. That is just mean.
But everyone has an idea of what is attractive to them, and that's who they go for.

I'd keep it to myself if I were you. No need to be brutality honest, and make someone feel bad about themselves.

Well she is pretty morbidly obese but I just don't like making fun of fat people because it is way too common place that people do openly and constantly in media, movies and stuff.
