Do ladies prefer a man to ask her questions when first getting to know her, or would she rather be the one asking the questions?

It’s called socialising, it is about listening and talking. The emphasis on listening as we have two ears, then talking with her on what she is talking about or very similar. Do not do the ‘she’s talking about holidays in Italy’ , then you just come out with ‘so did you watch xx movie or the xx in the news’, going off on a tangent is shutting her down on what she was talking about. Guys need to be relaxed, confident and able to passively listen to a conversation but also be able to actively control it at times.

Believe it or not, they are not all alike. There are no general rules that you can always follow as a guide to put you on the right path with women. You actually need to get to know each woman individually and not assume that you can treat her a particular way simply because she is one of those people with boobs.

I get frustrated abd annoyed if I'm only one asking questions. It should be a fair back and forth. Otherwise eventually you just hit a wall and stop communicating.

I think there have to be a balance but I feel girls might want to ask more questions about the guy just to make sure he not like a creep or anything and see if she is interested in him.

Some ladies have criticised me in the past when I asked 20 questions while getting better at also "throwing a ball catching a ball" or give and take conversations - I ask I tell - they ask they tell ; not all one way street
