Why can't woman dress classy instead of trashy?

Like I understand woman like to show off their fit bodies but when out in a restaurant at least dress a little classy around people not booty shorts and a belly shirt. As a 30 year old woman I keep it classy.

I live near the beach and what I've discovered is that some of the most skantily clad girls are the nicest, sweetest ones and some of the more modestly dressed ones are straight up toxic. Not universal, but because of my admittedly not extensive life experience, I judge people based upon the kind of people they are, not what they are wearing.

They can, and do. But some can’t, and/or won’t. Some are unaware of how trashy they actually are. Dunno what to say about it here. Variety is the spice of life? ;)
