Is it reasonable for a woman to expect you to understand you should not talk to her because she is silent around you?

recently I was at work and ended up fighting with someone because they would not sit at the same table as me and she said that because she never talks to me when i say something i should just get the hint that she dosent want me around. she is more than welcome to not want me around I am just wondering if thats really reasonable to expect someone to take the hint of silence when your around as i dont want you here especially since she reacts to my comments within her social circle later on.

I don't get why this is worth fighting over. If she's avoiding you by not ever sitting at your table (pretty big hint there), then why go out of your way to go have a fight with her about it? She could be trying to avoid causing drama at work. Doesn't mean she has to pretend to care about you, nor does she really have to communicate anything to you about it. So sure, let's go with it being reasonable that someone who isn't talking to you is probably doing it for a reason.
