Am I being dramatic that I don’t want to hang out with my friend, she keeps asking random guys who is hotter?

Is it unreasonable I don’t want to go out with this friend anymore as she always will unprovoked go up to random guys and ask who they think is hotter me or her, then she smile and be so happy when they say her. She will always ask the group of girls who they think the hottest is and she will ask if I’ve had work done and stuff even though I’ve already answered this question before. She makes me feel so insecure putting me in a competition i didn’t even want to be in. for reference im 25, she’s 34, i was initially drawn to her as I thought she was mature.
